1. Who we are
InfluencerNest LLC operates theinfluencernest.com and the InfluencerNest application. This policy explains what we collect and why.
2. Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, billing information), the deal data you create or forward to us (brand contacts, rates, deliverables, contracts, invoices), and technical data such as device, browser and usage events needed to run and improve the product.
3. How we use it
To provide the service: storing your pipeline, generating invoices and media kits, extracting deal details from forwarded emails, producing contract summaries and rate guidance, sending service notifications, and preventing abuse.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, the relevant content is processed by our AI providers under contract solely to return a result to you. We do not sell your data and we do not allow it to be used to train third-party public models.
5. Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that help us operate InfluencerNest: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), Mailgun (parsing emails you forward for the email-to-deal feature), Anthropic (AI-assisted features), Stripe (payment processing), and Sentry (error and performance monitoring). We may disclose information if legally required, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to what is needed to operate the service, and we keep your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, backups age out within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing.
8. Media kits
Media kits are public by design when you share the link. Only include stats and past work you are comfortable making public.
9. Cookies and monitoring
We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking of any kind. In production, we use Sentry for error and performance monitoring, which may collect crash reports, stack traces and page-load timing to help us find and fix bugs. This is separate from analytics or advertising tracking and is never used to build a profile of you or to target advertising.
10. Children's privacy
InfluencerNest is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
